Compare offers against one written RFQ and document checklist; the lowest price is meaningless when thickness basis, surface, origin or certification differs.

What controls the result

Distinguish a producing mill, service center, stockist and trader. Each can be suitable, but the commercial role changes process control, lead time and traceability evidence.

Coil width, thickness, tolerance, ID/OD, maximum weight, finish, protective film, edge and flatness must match downstream equipment.

A certificate is useful only when heat/coil identity remains linked through slitting, packing and shipment. Agree document review and marking before production.
