  • ISO 3834 quality requirements or the specified equivalent govern fusion-welding quality management

Manufacturing and processing

  • Purchased plate and sections are identified, cut, drilled, formed and assembled under controlled drawings and material traceability.
  • Qualified welding, dimensional inspection, NDE, surface preparation, coating, marking and sequenced packing complete fabrication.

Quality and acceptance controls

  • Inspect bolt holes, trial assembly where required, coating preparation and thickness, packing marks and erection sequence.

  • Material grades, product standards, connection and bolt requirements
  • Fabrication standard, welding quality level, NDE and inspection plan
  • Corrosion category, surface preparation, coating and fire protection
  • Supply boundary, erection responsibility, packing sequence, destination and schedule

Selection limits

  • Supply content does not include licensed structural design for the buyer's jurisdiction unless expressly contracted through qualified parties.
  • Final member sizes, connections, fire protection and erection stability must follow approved project engineering, not catalogue examples.
