Designation and acceptance

B210 tube begins as a seamless extruded hollow and is reduced by drawing, which changes dimensional capability, surface and cold-work history. Straight lengths and coils have different practical limits, and general-purpose versus pressure use changes integrity testing. It is distinct from B483 drawn welded tube, B234 exchanger tube and B241 seamless extruded pipe/tube.
