Overview
G90 is an ASTM A653/A653M coating designation for continuous hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. It defines a total both-sides zinc-coating class; it is not a universal corrosion-life promise and does not replace the substrate grade, dimensional, surface or fabrication requirements.

Coating life depends on coating system, exposure, drainage, cut edges, fabrication damage and maintenance.
A coating designation does not establish universal service life or suitability.
Temperature, concentration, deposits, crevices, stress, surface finish, cleaning, and fabrication quality can change service performance.

Z275 belongs to the EN 10346 designation system and must be compared by the governing test and order rules, not treated as an automatic exact synonym.
