Metals for LNG and Cryogenic Systems
Cryogenic procurement must connect minimum design metal temperature, toughness, thermal contraction, pressure containment, welding, insulation interfaces and emergency exposure. A familiar ambient-temperature material name is not evidence of low-temperature suitability.
