Metals for Power Generation
Power-generation metal procurement is governed by component duty, pressure, temperature, corrosion, thermal cycling, fabrication and code requirements. A plate, pipe or stainless grade is not interchangeable across boiler, turbine, cooling-water or structural service without project review.
